Basic Tree Climbing and Perform Aerial Rescue (CS38)
Duration: 5 days
Aims: This course covers the minimum requirements for a grounds person and is a good entry level course for people wishing to work in arboriculture.
Course Content: Basic tree climbing techniques, how to perform aerial tree rescue using a work position system.
Assessment: Competence assessment by NPTC assessor after the course. Can be carried out at the college or at the place of work and is booked directly with NPTC.
