Content: This course will take place in the workshop and on-site, covering the safe operation of the brushcutter in a variety of conditions. Checking the machine, fuelling and starting. Examining components, machinery and safety markings. Testing the brushcutter and practical operation including managing vegetation requiring two different cutting heights.

Assessment Options: Competence assessment by NPTC assessor after the course. Can be carried out at the College or at the place of work and is booked directly with NPTC.
