Advice

Business-focused advice to farms and other rural enterprises is provided through Rural Business Advice Service (NRBAS).   The experienced and highly-trained staff work closely with individual businesses, listening to their needs to ensure that assistance is provided in the most suitable way.  Outcomes may include training, grants (over £6 million in grants have been secured by clients in the past 8 years) or new  ways of doing things — all will be aimed at improving business performance.

Grants

Easton College delivers three grant programmes in the Norfolk Coast and Broads, the Brecks and the Waveney Valley. Grant funding is available for agribusiness development and diversification, water use and distribution, sustainable rural tourism, local food and rural business development.

Training

Skilled staff make a business more efficient, effective and profitable.  We provide training for staff at all levels in rural businesses, through apprenticeships and intensive short courses covering a wide range of topics.  Our trainers are experienced practitioners, qualified to instruct in the most up to date techniques.  We also offer bespoke training programmes, designed to meet your specific needs, supported by LandSkills East
